Prescription sleep aid users who switched to Ambien CR

"I believe that if you have a nagging problem, you fix it. So, when my sleep problem got worse, I went right to my doctor and he gave me a prescription sleep aid. Great, right? Wrong. Turns out the one I was taking didn't keep me asleep through the night and my once adventurous spirit fell a bit flat. So, I went back to my doctor and he recommended AMBIEN CR. I take it when I need it, and it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep**. So now I'm ready for my next challenge. Mountain biking, anyone?"

The Benefits of Two Layers

If your current prescription sleep aid isn't really helping, or you're experiencing undesirable side effects, it may be time to talk to your doctor about switching to
AMBIEN CR.

AMBIEN CR has the benefit of both helping you get to sleep quickly–within 15 to 30 minutes–and helping you stay asleep, because it has two layers.* The first layer dissolves quickly to help you fall asleep fast, while the second dissolves slowly to help you stay asleep, so you can wake up ready for your day.†† Furthermore,
AMBIEN CR is non-narcotic and can be taken for as long as your healthcare provider recommends.

Having a discussion with your doctor is the first way to learn if AMBIEN CR is right for you.

**Proven effective for up to 7 hours in clinical studies.
